At Infamous Paintball, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment isn't performing to your standards, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact to qualify for a return.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team or use our online portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your gear back.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, then ship it to our designated returns center using a tracked carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
