How long does shipping typically take?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy for technical gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, used protective gear and opened paintballs cannot be returned.

Are your markers covered under warranty?
All markers sold through our store come with the standard manufacturer warranty. We also provide dedicated technical support to help you troubleshoot any issues with your Infamous-edition equipment.
